Description
Agave havardiana grows naturally in western Texas and the northern parts of Mexico. The silver-gray leaves of the plant can reach lengths up to 28 inches long. The flowering stalks of the plant can reach a height over 23 feet tall and will have yellow to yellow-green flowers. This species is commonly called Harvard’s Century Plant. Agave havardiana is drought tolerant and may be used in xeriscaping.
